I started keeping track of my average mood on January 8th and began splitting it on January 13th because I found it hard to estimate an average mood when it swings back and forth throughout the day.
You can see that sometimes my average mood was pretty high but there were a few low mood mornings or evenings that wouldn’t have been recognized had I just tracked the overall mood like in the first days I started this diagram!

This isn’t too bad – last year ended pretty bad so I’m happy about this year’s start! I even had a 10-mood-morning which is really rare!
